With Webshipper you can create a simple flow for your customers to send parts or all of their order return. Webshipper offers a return portal for this which is basically an iframe to copy into your site or a HTML link.

So this is my order. Kevin McAllister has purchased an ONYX HAT from me.
Now Kevin wish to return the hat he purchased. so he visits my website and finds the return portal iframe in this example. He enters his email and order number that he received upon his initial purchase. His email in the example is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kevin now sees the item in his order. If there were multiple products, he would be able to see them all and select the ones he would wish to return.
Once Kevin selects his hat, he is now able to select how many he wishes to return and the cause of the return. In my return portal settings, I have defined that some of the causes of return are required to fill out a comment.
So Kevin chooses to return the hat because it is too small and writes a comment along with it.
Kevin can now choose how he would like to return the product. The refund methods and shipping methods are all defined in my return portal settings.
Kevin clicks "Return items" and finally gets an overview of his return shipment. In my settings, I have defined that emails with return labels, should simply be sent automatically to customers such as Kevin when they use my return portal.
On the original order in Webshipper, I am now able to see that a return shipment has been created and I can track the package until it returns to me with the selected shipping method.
In the menu section Return Orders it is now listed.
If I select the return order I'm able to see all the details, edit the return order and/or process it.
